charming experience in the city center
high quality amenities good size bed friendly staff helpful warning
the room had high quality amenities throughout, i liked that the bed was good size. staff was very friendly. they even told me about the risk of bus lanes near the car park.
coffee at breakfast could have been hotter, it was just ok.

plenty elevators were available for easy access to all floors of the hotel, ensuring quick and efficient movement. i did notice there was a helpful young lady at reception upon my arrival. the beds even include a usb port beside them.

the hotel's location is very central for exploring the city. my gps had a bit of trouble at first, it took me to the opposite side of the street. i found that getting the parking address from reception helped a lot.

breakfast was satisfactory with varied options, but Browns restaurant was a nice experience. the food at browns was great. it provided a convenient option for meals .

limited window opening continuous noise
The location was quite central, close to many shops and restaurants.
The room's temperature was difficult to control. The window opened only slightly, and this resulted in continuous noise at night (I think I heard a rubbish lorry and some emergency vehicles). It was a bad experience.

The staff provided helpful information. Secure parking was great. Access to shops and restaurants was immediate. I found extra tea and milk provided with happiness when I returned late at night. The buffet breakfast had delicious choices.
The heating in my room did not work well.

The hotel offers parking on site. It is tricky to find at first. The 10th-floor room was very quiet, so I rested well. Rooms are clean. Toiletries are good quality.

Brown's Restaurant IS on site, SO convenient. Staff there were friendly and helpful. They aimed to provide a nice service. I appreciated it. The food was excellent, fresh, and hot.

The hotel offers proximity to services and shopping malls. It is close to the railway station. I had immediate access to shops. Restaurants and pubs were also nearby. The location was PERFECT! though the parking was expensive.

outdated bathroom broken hairdryer
the bathroom seemed a bit outdated. the shower screen didn't seal properly so the floor got wet. the hairdryer also did not work. (i really needed it that night!)
